| Representation of plaintiff in Class Action. The Complaint was filed against the Bank Hapoalim Group. The cause of action pertains to interested parties transactions that took place between certain entities of the Bank Hapoalim Group and the Loan and Savings Bank (Halvah ve Chisachon), which was merged into the Group.
